We are thrilled to announce two outstanding additions to the RECIPE marketing team: Marie Smith and Dinithi Abeysiri. Both bring exceptional expertise in CRM, inbound marketing, and customer engagement, and we’re excited for them to contribute to our continued growth and client success.

Marie Smith joins RECIPE marketing as a seasoned CRM Lead with a wealth of experience in digital transformation and customer success. Most recently with Hype & Dexter, Marie has played a pivotal role in implementing the largest HubSpot integration since its inception in 2006. Her expertise spans facilitating discovery sessions, designing and configuring CRM systems, and delivering post-implementation support to ensure seamless transitions for her clients.

Marie’s career has included leadership roles at Bachcare, where she designed and implemented a HubSpot nurture program to optimise onboarding and retention, and Haka Tourism Group, where she led bespoke travel solutions and developed robust sales processes. Her comprehensive knowledge of CRM software, including HubSpot’s Sales, Service & CMS Hubs, positions her as an expert in driving efficiency and growth for clients.

 

Dinithi_CIRCLEDinithi Abeysiri

Dinithi is a seasoned HubSpot CRM and Digital Engagement Specialist, with a proven history of elevating businesses through system optimization and innovative marketing solutions. Starting her career as a Junior Digital Marketer, Dinithi honed her expertise in lead generation, digital campaigns, and HubSpot implementation, progressing to manage complex CRM projects for clients across sectors. Most recently, she led digital engagement for Hot Spring Spas, where she managed HubSpot for marketing, sales, and customer service, creating custom reports and optimizing customer satisfaction surveys. Dinithi’s collaborative approach, technical knowledge, and passion for CRM will bring invaluable insights to our team as we continue to build seamless experiences for our clients.
